Uguisu Poo Uguisu No Fun Calming Mask

Good day I’ll be making a short review for Uguisu Poo Uguisu No Fun Calming Mask I am very excited to give a review of this product since I tried it myself and was very effective to me. I bought it from http://www.birdpoopfacial.com

Uguisu Poo Uguisu No Fun Calming Mask  is the best Geisha Facial for sensitive skin. It is best suited for very sensitive skin, eczematous skin and skin that frequently suffers from allergies with sign and symptoms of hives, itching, redness and rashes. The unique formulation consists of Butterbur Root Extract, an herbal plant that is rich in Petasites and Isopetasites that are clinically proven to inhibit leukotriene, a cellular mediator of allergic reaction and inflammation. As leukotriene is inhibited, there is no way for the sign and symptoms of allergy to appear such as the itching and redness we normally see during an allergic reaction.

It made my skin glow, removes the discolorations and really fixed the excessive redness on my forehead and chin.

This Uguisu Poo Uguisu No Fun Calming Mask is really expensive but honestly, you won’t believe how amazing it is until you’ve tried it.

The texture of my skin becomes very silky after usage. It makes wide pores more small and facial skin more fresh and even. I like to use it very much. This mask will be nice for a people with sensitive skin like me.

  • Handy, you can easily carry it anywhere you are

Bottom Line

Pond's Luminous Clean Daily Exfoliating Cleanser cleanses and exfoliates skin in one step. The formula is very gentle and removes dirt and makeup effectively. It's not recommended for use around the eyes due to the microbeads it contains. The cleanser is best for combination to oily skin.

Performance

Gentle exfoliation. Editors at Allure magazine say Pond's Luminous Clean Daily Exfoliating Cleanser is gentle enough to use on a daily basis, something that many users appreciate. It's much gentler than other formulas -- so much so that some reviewers wonder if it's actually working. The formula contains microbeads for gentle exfoliation and shea butter for added moisture. Editors at Allure magazine say that in addition to sloughing off dead skin cells, the cleanser also does a good job of cleansing skin and removing makeup. Skin-care expert Paula Begoun warns, however, that it's tricky to use around the eyes due to the polyethylene beads it contains. She adds that a scrub like this is not necessary. AHA- and BHA- exfoliants do a better job and have more benefits to the skin. A washcloth also works just as well.

Feel and Smell

Silky smooth with a lot of lather. Reviewers say Pond's Exfoliating Cleanser has a pleasant texture. Begoun describes it as creamy with a lot of lather. One user at Amazon.com says the formula is "extremely silky and smooth." The scrub contains a small amount of fragrance -- not likely enough to be of concern, according to Begoun. Some users appreciate the light floral scent, but others say it's too heavy.

Time to celebrate, another great review for our Savar facial exfoliator by Simonne Walmsey for the fabulous Thread online fashion magazine.
Despite most exfoliating products recommending use once or twice a week, I like to use these every day and always have done. I find most quality exfoliatorscan actually be used every day if you’re careful about it, and for myself, doing this keeps my problematic skin pretty clear, and bright.
The Savar exfoliator was no exception for me – I kept up daily exfoliating and found it to be a non-abrasive, gentle product which uses tiny beads of bamboo (interesting ingredient alert! Safe for the environment unlike plastic beads in mainstream exfoliators) to make good things happen.
A soft, creamy product, delicately scented with citrus, it was lovely to use. It gives back as it takes away, with a lovely hydrating effect.
Savaronline.com is an Auckland-based, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified company and their skin products are 99% natural. At $49 for a 100ml product, this exfoliator is well price and achievable luxury.

I am always on the hunt for the perfect skincare, and although I am deeply in love with my Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish, the beauty blogger in me is always up for trying new things, in order to find those essential, holy grail products, but also to aid you, the reader, in making vital choices. :)

Nourish is not a brand I was familiar with before I was asked if I'd like to try a few items from their range. They pride themselves on skincare ranges which avoid the use of unfriendly chemicals such as synthetic colours, TEA, DEA, parabens, phenoxyetol, sulfates, mineral oils, PEGS and silicones. Instead, their products contain organic, plant derived, scientifically tested ingredients to enhance and nourish your skin.

Like a lot of people, i'm not always aware of what ingredients do what when it comes to skincare or makeup items, but what I do know, is that these skincare products lack a lot of the things i've been told to try and avoid putting on my face (although that is definitely easier said than done).

There are 4 different skin care ranges. Protect, Relax, Radiance and Balance. The packaging is very simple but I really like it and the colours and designs are different for each range.

I was sent the Nourish "Balance" range, as my skin type is normal/combination. The signature scent for this range, is apple, which is one of my favourite fruity smells. It smells so fresh and rejuvenating on application. I wouldn't say they are heavily perfumed (for those of you with a strong sense of smell) but it's not a subtle scent either.

Nourish Balance Cleanser 100ml £9.95* - This was a product which I was most apprehensive to try, being so attached to my Liz Earle and the dry application and cloth removal, meant that I was changing the way I normally cleansed. This has a very watery consistency which you pump into your hand and smooth over your damp face. It doesn't foam up too much (no bubbles up the nose) & leaves your skin feeling very clean. I wasn't a massive fan of this one, I felt it left my skin feeling a little tighter than my regular cleanser, and that's not normally the outcome I like. However, after following up with the next steps, there was no tightness. For those of you who prefer to use water on your face (splashing as opposed to a wet muslin cloth) then you will love this.

Nourish Balance Toner 100ml £8.95* - This toner contains a blend of vitamins and minerals in order to retain the skins natural barrier. I actually really liked this product, it's one that I found myself reaching for a lot more than the cleanser. I really believed this made a difference to my skin, it felt a lot more refreshed and squeaky clean once i'd used this as part of my regime. I used a cotton pad to apply this to my face post cleanse.

Nourish Balance Intense Face Gel 50ml £15.95* - This was my favourite item from the range. It's an intense face gel containing organic aloe vera and hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a unique ingredient that detoxifies and adds moisture. It provides protection against water loss and also enhances the barrier function to protect skin. Sounds good right? It is. It says that it's to be applied after moisturising, although I apply this at night, before moisturising, as I don't feel right applying a gel over it as a last step. One of the main problems I have with my skin is that I have dry patches, and oily patches, so something like this is perfect for combatting both problems.

Nourish Balance Face Moisturiser 50ml £13.95* - This face cream has a very light consistency (something I wasn't used to, as I much prefer a heavier cream). It sinks into the skin very quickly and leaves it feeling silky soft. I also noticed that it didn't leave any sort of sheen to my face (great if you are prone to oily patches). Although it's not one of my favourite face creams, I do like to apply this on days where my skin is being particularly troublesome in terms of dry/oily patches, as I feel as though it can benefit both. I also like that my make up applies very easily over this.

I think Nourish is a great brand, and it is refreshing to see a company trying to remove the nastiness in our skincare and focusing on using organic ingredients. I think the pricing is very reasonable, and definitely worth the money considering how much product you get for the price and the ingredients used. I really wish i'd have used this skincare regime through my teenage years, as it makes everything so much easier for you. They advise you which step each product is used, and it's such a simple 4 step routine. Between the ages of 12-15 when I probably should have been taking great care of my skin, I quite honestly, didn't have a clue. If I had been presented with these 4 products it would have made life a lot easier, and I would have made a lot more effort.

I would highly recommend this brand if you are looking for a good structured skincare routine, if you are looking into changing up your skincare or buying skincare for the first time. Slightly more expensive than your average products in your local pharmacy maybe, but it's worth the extra pennies for something which contains beneficial ingredients that won't strip your youthful skin, making it even worse (I have done this so many times - I'm looking at you Clearasil)

  • ROSEWATER UPLIFTING SPRAY

Uplifting and hydrating facial spray that helps to close pores and absorb Lustro Face Oils. Hold 6 inches from face and spritz skin generously.
A quick botanical boost any time, day or night. This luxurious formula soothes and refreshes. Sodium hyaluronate promotes hydration and a dewy glow.
https://whitney.beautycounter.com/Shop/Product/18Whitney's Thoughts: So funny story... my friend was testing this product on me, and (unintentionally) sprayed it RIGHT INTO MY EYES WHILE MY EYES WERE OPEN. I was wearing contacts at the time. Needless to say, it did not irritate my eyes... or my contacts. Side effect: my face smelled rosy. :) Rosewater has a lot of great benefits... including hydrating and refreshing the skin. This product is also great for sealing in your make up or spritzing on after showering/post-work out/post-outdoor activity. Another personal use... if you feel like your hair or body need a quick scent-refresher, this is great to lightly spray in your hair or on the skin. It's scent is very light - and will fade relatively quickly so it isn't to be used like a perfume... just a quick pick-me-up.

  • ANY TIME EYE CREAM

Light-weight cream hydrates the delicate eye area easing signs of fatigue, dark circles and puffiness. Gently apply a small amount around the eye area dabbing with your ring finger (use a finger with "less strength" so you're not tugging at the skin).

Fast-acting, unscented light eye cream eases signs of fatigue. Organic coconut oil soothes and green tea supports healthy-looking, beautiful skin.

Whitney's Thoughts: I know that using a moisturizing eye cream can help with dryness in the delicate skin areas, aid in wrinkle prevention, and combat in bagginess and puffiness. This cream can be used any time - day or night, and truly helps refresh the area of the skin. I had a friend tell me she noticed the areas around my eye were also brighter... not sure if that's a direct relation to the use of the eye cream, but I'll take it! This product is a great addition to any skincare routine and just adds to the hydration of an area that does not normally get much attention. Don't forget, you rub your eyes when you wash your face, when you're sleepy or if you have allergies... and it's always nice to restore the luster in an area of your face you want to dry more attention to. ;)

Essence Fix & Matte Translucent Loose Powder

Do you have oily skin? Because I do. I can't use liquid foundation alone. I always have to top it off with powder. I usually use my Maybelline Clear Smooth All in One Foundation for more coverage, but I've heard that loose powders work best since they're finely milled.

I've tried the Nichido Finishing Powder and I think it's okay but it doesn't really last that long and it may fade away in blotches so it looks weird. However, when you use the Nichido powder alone, it's great. It has that milky smell that I actually like. I sometimes even use it for my hair when my roots are oily.

So I've researched about mattifying loose powders that are affordable but are still of good quality and I found that this Essence Fix & Matte Translucent Loose Powder and the ELF HD Powder had great reviews. However, some complained about the ELF powder since it caused them to break out or that the velvety finish would not last long and would instead make them look blotchy or something. On the other hand, I wasn't too sure about the Essence one either since there weren't too many reviews BUT all the reviews that were available gave it a perfect score.

I had the option to either buy the ELF powder from a seller online since it was not available in the Philippines or to go to SM Makati and buy the Essence powder. Of course I ended up getting this one since it was more available, it had better reviews and it was much more affordable. (the ELF powder was over 300 pesos while the Essence one was around 250 php)

SO HERE'S MY REVIEW:

I LOVE IT. It is finely milled so it makes pores less visible and it is just easy to apply. It does last long. However, it's incredibly hot here in the Philippines right now so it does not completely keep the oil at bay but it still does the job. IT DOES NOT COME WITH A POWDER PUFF. This means that it's gonna be messy when you bring it with you everywhere since holes inside the jar will not be sealed or covered. However, you can buy your own powder puff and just put in the jar. I actually used the one that was included in my Nichido Finishing Powder.

Like I said it is affordable at only around 250Php and it's available in SM Megamall, SM Makati, and SM Mall of Asia so it isn't available in all SM branches BUT it is a new brand here so they might open stalls in different malls soon as well. *Here's to hoping* Also, this product did not break me out. YAY!
You can apply this with either a flat top brush or a powder puff, but I like using a powder puff for a more even distribution, plus I think that doing so may distribute more product on to your face. But don't worry, it isn't cakey at all.

I'm actually using the powder in this pic but I didn't realize that it was blurry til now -_-

PROS AND CONS:

PROS:

  • finely milled
  • easy application
  • long lasting
  • comparable to MAC's Prep+Prime Translucent Powder
  • did not break me out
  • no weird smell
  • easy to apply

CONS:
  • no powder puff so it may be messy to carry it around
  • not available in all department stores (yet)

RATING: 9/10

I am loving Essence right now btw. <3
I hope they open more stalls.
